To secure your desired date and time for any appointment, a card will be held on your file. Please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a 50% service cancellation fee. This cancellation policy serves as protection from no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, so we allocate a 15-minute grace period for appointments to accommodate situations beyond your control. However, after this grace period, the business owner reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge a cancellation fee.

Please be aware that all services require a signed waiver during the consultation before any service can be provided.
